How do I claim warranty?

To assist us in resolving your issue quickly, please provide images of the faulty item and your order number to online@appcessory.com.sg.

*Please kindly anticipate bringing your orders to our office for inspection or replacement. We're here to assist you with this process.

How can I track my order?

Based on the current processing time, please allow up to 2 business days for your tracking information to be updated and available. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships from our warehouse.

If you did not receive your tracking information, kindly email us with your registered name and order number.
